Depending on the products in your order, they will be delivered by a parcel delivery service or carrier. Delivery costs depend on the package size of the product:

• €15,00 shipping costs for a small package.
• €35,00 shipping costs for a medium package.
• €49,00 shipping costs for a large package.

• Delivery takes place on the ground floor up to the front door.
• If you order multiple items, your order may be delivered in parts.
• As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a track and trace code or we will contact you to make a delivery appointment.

1. You can return the product free of charge up to 30 days after receipt.
2. Register your return via the return form.
3. Schedule your return appointment online at your convenience.
4. The return will be collected at your home.
5. We will credit the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return.
